Shipping

Traceless Designs is based on St. Mary’s, on the Isles of Scilly, where we ship all our products from. Please note that we post your orders as soon as possible, but weather conditions heavily influence our shipping times, especially in winter.

Living on an island has its ups and downs, and one of the perks that we have absolutely no control over is whether our freight boat (on which your orders travel) can sail from and back to the mainland. 

Therefore, we are not able to ensure that shipping times will be as expected, and we ask that you keep this under consideration when ordering from us. We do our best to post your items as soon as they are ordered, but we have yet to find a way to control the weather to guarantee timely deliveries.
