- WooPayments : to process your payment securely. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
- Royal Mail : your name, delivery address, and sometimes phone number are shared to deliver your order.
- Omnisend : your email address is shared with our email marketing platform to send newsletters and, where you’ve opted in, order-related marketing.
- Google Analytics : used to understand how visitors use our site.
- Hostinger : our website hosting provider, which stores website data on our behalf.
- WooCommerce : our e-commerce platform, which processes order data on our behalf.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
5. International data transfers
Some of the third parties we use (including Omnisend, Google Analytics, and WooCommerce/Automattic) may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States or other countries.
Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the provider’s participation in an approved data protection framework (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable). 6. How long we keep your data
- Order and financial records: kept for 6 years, in line with UK HMRC record-keeping requirements.
- Newsletter/marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Contact form enquiries: kept for as long as needed to resolve your query, and then deleted within a reasonable period afterwards.
- Website analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics’ default retention settings, as configured in our account.

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
