If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-21 business days, depending on your bank.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Our exchanges are dependant of online stock. If the item you wish to exchange isn’t available online, we are unfortunately unable to proceed and will issue a refund on your payment method.
